By using Product Entry Helper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Product Entry Helper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Product Entry Helper is a browser extension that facilitates bulk product entry on e-commerce platforms by:

  • Parsing CSV files locally in your browser
  • Mapping CSV columns to website form fields
  • Automating form submission with configurable delays

We do not host, store, or process your product data on our servers.

3. User Accounts and Licenses

Free Plan: Limited to 50 rows per batch and 3 saved templates.

Pro Plan: Unlimited rows, unlimited templates, AI mapping, and image upload features.

Enterprise Plan: Includes team sharing, white-label options, and dedicated support.

License keys are non-transferable and intended for the purchaser only. Each license may be activated on a reasonable number of devices for the same user.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel anytime through your PayPal account
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any website's Terms of Service
  • Upload spam, malicious content, or illegal products
  • Interfere with website operations or rate limits
  • Share license keys with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer or modify the extension code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, designs, and content, is owned by Product Entry Helper and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension according to your subscription plan.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss or website account issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Product Entry Helper be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Sharing license keys publicly
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
